It had excellent location with access to Museum of Contemporary Art nearby. The hotel employees were hugely helpful.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the location was favourable close to everything. Everything was beautiful, modern and spotless room with view on the patio. Had central heating and television, and several times we got eggs, bread, bacon, cheese, and potato for breakfast. Location: the venue was very close to the Centro de Textiles Tradicionales del Cusco. It was as expected, had a perfect stay for 2 nights.

The staff goes above and beyond to help, even arranging to send back a forgotten cellphone to Puno at their expense. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the peacefulness of this place.
